Q: Are purchases from the Elite Video website secure?
A: Absolutely! Elite Video values privacy and security. That's why we use a
shopping cart that is secure. So no matter how you should choose to checkout,
all of your information will remain confidential.

Q: Can I place my order by phone?
A: Yes, you can. Elite Video has a toll free number (m-f 9-4:30 CST) 1 (800) 468-1996
where some friendly Elite staff member is there actually answering the phone.
(You get a real person on the line right away - no voice mail craziness) to
help you out.

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
A: Yes! If you would rather not make your purchase using a credit card online,
you can pay by check or money order by mail. You can still use the online shopping
cart when checking out. Just indicate pay by check or money order in the order
form and send your to us. After your check is received and clear, we will send
out your order.

Q: Does Elite accept PO orders?
A: Certainly! Please call our office at 1(800) 468-1996 to place your order.

Q: What method does Elite Video use for shipping?
A: Most orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. This provides a means for tracking
you order to ensure you receive it.
To accommodate your order, we can choose your shipping option in the shopping
cart checkout process.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Generally speaking, we ship orders within two business days of receiving
your order. Depending on your distance from our facilities in the northeastern
US, time in transit can be between 2 to 7 days.
In cases where an item is anticipated to be backordered for an unusually long
time, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the expected delay.

Q: Can Elite Video handle large quantity orders?
A: Yes we can! We can handle bulk orders sent to a particular address, or many
packages going to multiple addresses (such as numerous clients or individual
store locations). As it is hard for us to anticipate your large order needs,
please let us know your plans as early as possible. For these types of orders,

Q: Can I request a special item from Elite Video?
A: We welcome special requests. People send us ideas all the time. Your input
is important to us. While we cannot fulfill every request, we do take the effort
to try to find it. If your idea has the potential of mass appeal, we may even
